Responsibilities

Proporcionar soporte en los equipos que cuenten con PLC (Control Lógico Programable) en los equipos instalados en la planta J3 y ELP de ser necesario
Colaborar con el equipo de mantenimiento en áreas de producción y facilities (Edificio) en el momento que se requiera soporte buscando solucionar los eventos que surjan
Colaborar con el equipo en el desarrollo e implementación de nuevos equipos (maquinaria, sistemas de visión, automatización, nuevos proyectos referente a actualizaciones para la siguiente generación)
Participar en proyectos de reducción de SCRAP del área, así como proporcionar las mejoras necesarias para la eliminación de este, con adecuaciones previamente revisados mediante el sistema MOC
Desarrollar sus actividades en estricto apego a los lineamientos de los Sistemas de seguridad LOTO
Ser responsable del desarrollo de las rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo a los equipos y el control de la ejecución del programa de mantenimiento productivo del área a su cargo (PLC)
Automatización e Integración de Máquinas - Conocimiento intermedio en programación PLC Allen Bradley & Siemens, integración HMI; programación en Visual Basic y Python; conocimiento básico en diseño/lectura de diagramas eléctricos utilizando Autocad y selección de equipos de control
Ser responsable de la integración de maquinaria en diseño, interpretación de planos, PLC, HMI
