Candidates must have basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and possess full-time availability. They should demonstrate autonomy, numerical ability for basic calculations, adherence to standards, effective communication, results orientation, and attention to detail. A minimum of a completed secondary education is required, along with experience in sales, operational roles (e.g., warehouse worker, driver, cashier), field work, as a surveyor, market researcher, or promoter. The role also requires the ability to travel and reside in Cd. Juárez, Chihuahua, with a work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
The Field Auditor will conduct audits in stores or supermarkets, capturing product characteristics such as size, measurement, and price. Responsibilities include scanning barcodes with a handheld device, performing in-store inventory counts, validating captured information, and maintaining a logbook with supplier purchase ticket details. Additionally, the auditor will be responsible for integrating new stores into the study sample, turning them into new audit points.
