Requirements

Candidates should possess at least four years of experience managing and configuring Jira Cloud in multiple project environments, along with proven knowledge and experience in managing other Atlassian Cloud products such as Confluence, Jira Service Management, Trello, Atlas, and Compass. Familiarity with Agile Frameworks and Kanban development methodologies is required, as well as proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

The Atlassian Administrator will collaborate with diverse teams to develop solutions that enhance development operations, promote best practices using Atlassian tools with Engineering Managers' support, upgrade and maintain Atlassian tools, manage Identity and Access Management, train end-users on the effective use of Atlassian tools, implement security controls, monitor Atlassian applications, review logs, create documentation, address performance, adopt new features, optimize Atlassian workflows, maintain the Atlassian suite, create and implement standard templates and workflows, manage change processes and communication, identify process improvement opportunities, and collaborate with IT Operations to resolve issues promptly.
