Requirements

Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP systems
Ability to perform physical stock checks and verify material entries (inputs, supplies, semi-finished and finished products)
Experience with issuing separation lists, invoices, shipping order labels, and manifests
Skills in spreadsheet management for receiving control, invoice entry, scheduling, and discrepancy resolution
Knowledge of warehouse operations, including empty position control, ABC curve addressing, and zoning
Capability to handle rework interfaces, internal movements, documentation flows, and best practices
Familiarity with supplier returns, non-conformities, and invoice issuance for returns
Competence in expediting urgent shipments
Ability to collect data, analyze, generate reports, and support performance indicators
Experience monitoring supplier performance, implementing preventive/corrective actions, and recommending disqualifications

Responsibilities

Monitor/control actual stock by checking volumes via system/physically, verifying entries of materials, supplies, semi-finished and finished products
Issue separation lists for loads, invoices, shipping order labels, and manifests for merchandise release
Enter invoices and scheduling numbers for materials and supplies into the receiving control spreadsheet, perform respective checks, and handle discrepancies between physical and fiscal with factory and suppliers
Manage discrepancies and occurrences in separation/shipping, correcting in ERP system "Ship" stages, unloading, and orders, while directing pickers for physical corrections
Control empty warehouse positions, performing addressing according to zones and ABC curve
Interface with rework area on receiving damages, proceeding with internal movements and documentation flow following best practices
Arrange returns of received items to suppliers due to non-conformities, requesting return invoice issuance
Facilitate expediting of urgent items
Support indicator verification process through data collection, analysis, report generation, and meeting established Performance area deadlines
Monitor supplier performance, taking necessary preventive/corrective actions, and recommend, in partnership with supervisors, supplier disqualification
