Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or a related field. They should have proven experience developing and implementing quantitative models and trading algorithms, strong programming skills in Java, and experience with high-frequency/low-latency trading systems. Experience working on an FX or Cryptocurrency trading desk and integrating/executing strategies on DeFi platforms (SOL/ETH) is also required, along with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Quantitative Developer will develop, implement, and maintain high-performance trading algorithms and models for Crypto markets. They will collaborate with traders and quantitative analysts to translate trading strategies into efficient code, optimize trading systems for speed, reliability, and scalability, and integrate new data sources while ensuring data integrity. Responsibilities also include monitoring and troubleshooting live trading systems, staying current with advancements in quantitative finance and Crypto markets, and contributing to the improvement of development processes and tools.
