Responsibilities

Assist with creating and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and expand leasing capital access
Collaborate across Care Enablement and Care Development to achieve operational objectives
Prepare performance reporting for Captive Investment portfolios
Seek opportunities for CFGT to provide value to the organization
Lead the equipment leasing program competitive bid process, including analysis, recommendation of lease bids, documentation review, and streamlining lease processing
Perform NPV, IRR, and analytical reviews of leases for pricing, structure, accuracy, accounting compliance; confirm approvals and executions; submit quarterly financial reporting for lease compliance
Manage company bank and corporate guarantees applications, amendments, cancellations using Komgo platform; handle bank group consolidation, pricing negotiations, and portfolio cleanup
Understand FME's FX exposure by collaborating with business units; work with Capital Markets team to improve FX management and reduce P&L risk
Play key role in Joint Venture loan program and inter-company financing: assess requests, review financial models, execute documentation, ensure borrower compliance
Review and comply with Code of Business Conduct, company policies, and applicable laws/regulations
Assist with various projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor
