  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred (Fresh Graduates with learning agility and experience using MS Office will be considered)
  • Able to communicate in both English and Japanese (N2 or above certification)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools – MS Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PDF
  • Ability to process data accurately and promptly per instruction

Responsibilities

  • Translate Japanese event descriptions into English (and vice versa) within the complaint database
  • Complete complaint handling processes including: Complaint Intake & Assessment and/or Complaint Coding & Literature search and/or Complaint Determination (including closure of non-complaints events)
  • Translate Japanese service reports into English within the complaint database with the support of a Machine Translation tool
  • Process events within the complaint database/system as per instruction
