2 years of relevant experience preferred (Fresh Graduates with learning agility and experience using MS Office will be considered)
Able to communicate in both English and Japanese (N2 or above certification)
Proficiency in MS Office Tools – MS Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PDF
Ability to process data accurately and promptly per instruction

Responsibilities

Translate Japanese event descriptions into English (and vice versa) within the complaint database
Complete complaint handling processes including: Complaint Intake & Assessment and/or Complaint Coding & Literature search and/or Complaint Determination (including closure of non-complaints events)
Translate Japanese service reports into English within the complaint database with the support of a Machine Translation tool
Process events within the complaint database/system as per instruction
