Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle products up to 50 lbs. as required
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet accuracy standards
  • Basic computer or RF scanner knowledge as an asset
  • Ability to identify and solve moderately complex problems
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Operate processing equipment, scanner and other tools as required
  • Maintain accuracy in all inventory transactions and ensure products are handled with care
  • Meet daily Replenishment goals while maintaining quality standards
  • Support team members and assist in other areas of the operation as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Replenishment area
  • Coordinate with the Point Guard on a daily basis
  • Assist with training new workers to the department
  • Oversee the day-to-day under the direction of the Point Guard
  • Work autonomously within established procedures and practices, performing and organizing the team's work based on leadership direction
  • Promote a sense of urgency and accountability, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety and quality requirements
