Responsibilities

The Associate Logistics Coordinator ensures high levels of support, service, reliability, and availability to internal departments, maintaining efficient operations. Responsibilities include issuing pro-forma invoices for shipments, managing the pro-forma mailbox, maintaining courier contact sheets, interacting with clients to ensure correct delivery of supply orders, escalating issues to project management, and serving as a point of contact for pro-forma invoice-related queries. The role may also involve assisting with courier issues, managing courier operations, arranging pickups, participating in courier operational meetings, supporting other Associate Logistics Coordinators, coordinating custom report reviews, and assisting in the investigation and resolution of Quality Events.
