Responsibilities

Review HCP interaction requests/submissions to ensure compliance with global policy and local regulations
Identify non-compliance issues and resolve them with internal customers
Monitor requests in the compliance tool (Pega) for timely processing and closure
Ensure all required documentation is entered before closing interaction files in Pega
Provide guidance on using the compliance tool to key internal customers
Prepare interaction dashboards and present statistics to senior leaders
Conduct data analysis reviews to identify risks and non-compliance, and present findings to senior leaders
Provide regular training to internal customers
Drive continuous process improvements and automation
Standardize internal control processes, enhance documentation and testing procedures
Facilitate documentation of controls over processes executed by Shared Service Centers (SSC)
Coordinate with SSC teams to gain understanding of control decisions
Identify pain points in control design and execution, design effective solutions
Assist in communication with the organization and external auditors regarding the compliance approach
