Requirements

Candidates must possess basic medical/therapeutic area knowledge and understanding of medical terminology. They should have the ability to attain and maintain a working knowledge of ICH GCP, applicable regulations, and CRG procedural documents. Essential skills include effective oral and written communication, excellent interpersonal and customer service, good organizational and time management with strong attention to detail, and proven flexibility and adaptability. The ability to work in a team or independently, well-developed critical thinking skills for root cause analysis and problem-solving, and proficient computer skills with good MS Office knowledge are also required. Additionally, candidates need excellent English language and grammar skills and at least 1 year of independent, on-site monitoring experience in a Pharmaceutical or Clinical Research Organisation.

Responsibilities

The Assistant CRA will complete study and site management activities as defined in the task matrix and directed for assigned studies. This includes completing and documenting study-specific training, orienting and training on CRG/study-specific systems, and providing in-house support during pre-study assessments. Responsibilities also encompass supporting site ICF customization, reviewing patient-facing materials and translations, and assisting site staff with vendor qualification processes. The role involves ensuring system access is requested/granted/revoked for site staff, following up on site staff training, and coordinating logistics for IM attendance. Additionally, the Assistant CRA will support maintenance of vendor trackers, coordinate study/site supply management, and support essential document collection, review, and updating. They will follow up on missing study vendor data, support remote review of centralized monitoring tools, and assist with site payments processes by coordinating with internal departments and sites. The role includes supporting system updates and reconciliations, performing reconciliation tasks on assigned trials, and verifying document collection status in CRG systems, driving action for missing or incomplete documents.
