Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Aruba products and features under test
- Expert knowledge of necessary test tools, applications, server infrastructure, routing and switching infrastructure, network management applications, industry vertical solutions, and client devices
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days per week from an HPE office)
- Willingness to travel onsite for testing activities and customer discussions
- Full-time employment availability
Responsibilities
- Fully understand the customer’s success criteria for a Proof of Concept (PoC)
- Work with account teams and customers to document relevant test cases for PoCs
- Stage test topologies and resolve obstacles to ensure smooth PoC execution
- Execute complex PoCs hosted at HPE or customer sites
- Document all test cases and deliver full reports to customers and account teams
- Manage logistics and materials for testing activities, including prioritization
- Run portions of the Aruba mobile-first test plan
- Incorporate new competitive features and products into test kits and update test plans
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to field teams across multiple regions
- Coordinate with sales leadership to enable field teams to run tests
- Assist with customer-facing field test reports
- Gather technical requirements from customers and account teams
- Identify success metrics with customers and account teams to measure PoC success quantitatively
- Create detailed and complex test plans
- Work closely with technical experts (PLM, Dev/R&D, QA, TME, etc.) to vet test plans
- Participate in discussions with field account teams and customers to position Aruba competitively
