As the Artist & Label Development Manager, you will manage relationships with independent artists and labels in the Netherlands, supporting them on the AWAL platform and assisting with release planning and long-term strategies. You will provide strategic advice to prioritized artists, participate in talent scouting with A&R teams, facilitate contract negotiations and financial analysis, oversee the onboarding of new artists, collaborate with the international AWAL team on global releases, and support artists expanding their reach internationally.
