Responsibilities

Contrôler et enregistrer la bonne identification, le bon aspect extérieur et la quantité des articles reçus (Réception/Stock avancé/Produits finis)
Identifier la marchandise afin d’assurer la traçabilité tout au long de sa vie sur site
Effectuer la mise en stock en se conformant aux instructions données par SAP, en s’assurant de la bonne protection, du bon arrimage et de la bonne identification de la marchandise
Acheminer la marchandise sur site depuis les différents points de stockage en suivant les instructions SAP
Enregistrer dans SAP chaque étape du transfert de la marchandise
Mettre à disposition sur ligne la marchandise en temps, en heure et en quantité suffisante pour assurer la fabrication
Assurer la remise en stock de la marchandise dans l’ensemble des points de stockage identifiés
Respecter le zoning : apporter les protections nécessaires pour le passage d’une zone à l’autre
Gérer la bonne identification, la pesée et le bon respect de la filière de déchets
Préparer, emballer, identifier et charger les produits finis ou exports divers
Respecter et maintenir en ordre les équipements de manutention (chariots, convoyeurs, ascenseurs, wagon, etc.)
Assurer l’approvisionnement des lignes en vracs, composants et consommables en quantité et en temps, en respectant le FEFO (First Expired First Out) et les process établis (Production)
Vérifier les réconciliations d’un point de vue traçabilité et conformité des stocks
Assurer le lancement, le suivi et la clôture de tous les ordres de fabrication dans SAP
Gérer les stocks
S’assurer du respect du planning garantissant la productivité
