Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ (at least 2 end-to-end implementations)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ (must-have skill)
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
  • Familiarity with CPQ object model (Quote, Quote Line, Product Options, Quote Templates, Price Rules, etc.)
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations with external systems (ERP, Payment Gateway, etc.)
  • Experience with Git, DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset), and Salesforce DX
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Billing (good-to-have, highly preferred)
  • 15 years full-time education
  • Ability to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Active participation/contribution in team discussions
  • Contribute to solutions for work-related problems
  • Assist in documentation of application processes and workflows
  • Engage in continuous learning for latest technologies and best practices
  • Strong understanding of application development lifecycle and methodologies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing model
  • Preferred: Salesforce Certifications (CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Billing Specialist)

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ (including product rules, price rules, quote templates, and approval processes)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce Billing and improve quote-to-cash processes
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
  • Create and manage APIs, integrations (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP), and third-party systems
  • Implement best practices around Salesforce development, data security, and platform performance
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code and workflows
  • Participate in sprint planning, story grooming, and code reviews
  • Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
