Responsibilities

Accurately set up and maintain accounts in several systems for all Fidelity Digital Assets® product offerings
Work closely with the Client Service team, Custody Operations, Execution Services, Implementation Managers, and the technology team to ensure client requirements are met
Process new account applications and maintenance forms for Fidelity Digital Assets®
Prioritize and handle critical issues/exceptions received from Client Service Managers or Implementation Managers
Participate in a monthly process to generate and distribute Account statements and Invoices
Participate in various projects and operational improvement initiatives focused on improving existing workflow, quality, efficiency, and policy & procedures
Deliver superior results quickly and efficiently, utilizing effective time management skills
Drive innovation through curiosity and comprehensive understanding of business processes and challenges
Share best practices and drive successful results as a collaborative and resourceful team member
