Requirements

Previous experience in a data collection/processing role in a similar domain or at a financial data business
High attention to detail with previous experience in data quality control techniques, requirements and processes
Strong interest or understanding of the alternative assets industry or financial markets
Fluent in English with excellent written and communication skills
Fluent in Japanese/Mandarin with excellent written and communication skills
Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI/Qlik/Tableau
Experienced in using Microsoft tools such as Excel, SharePoint, and Office 365
Experience with MS Power Automate/VBA/Python/SQL
Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Engineering

Responsibilities

Be part of a team of subject matter experts focused on ensuring data quality meets and exceeds customer expectations at all times
Execute quality control and data governance processes to ensure Preqin’s data is accurate, comprehensive, relevant and up to date
Identify data quality issues and themes by conducting quality control assessments of Preqin profiles
Leverage technology and tools to analyze and report data quality issues as well as recommend and implement remediation plans
Develop subject matter expertise to enhance data offering
