Requirements

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in Business or related subjects. Quant Finance / CFA level 2+ is a plus
  • 2-5 years of working experience in FX trading. Understanding of the risk profile of a plain vanilla options books will be a plus
  • Trading experiences with KRW or INR FX will be a plus
  • Well-developed trading knowledge developed with major global banks
  • Strong mathematical foundation and excellent analytical skills
  • Strong programming knowledge in Excel (VBA), python and/or other object-oriented programming languages would be a plus
  • Ability to communicate well and work under pressure
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese (additional language skills in Spanish or another Asian language (e.g. Japanese or Korean) will be an advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Manage Asia eFX NDF curve on real-time base, including FX curve management, price source management, liquidity providing, price adjustment, position monitoring & management
  • Global Spot & NDF order management
  • Product coverage: mainly CNY, KRW, INR NDF (First year)
  • Assist senior traders in their trading related works
  • Work closely with trading & sales team to develop trade ideas, enhance the overall value of the trading franchise to the bank’s client base
