Al menos 2 años de experiencia en áreas relacionadas con el nivel de servicio IT, el análisis de datos y/o observabilidad
Experiencia en herramientas de monitorización como Dynatrace
Manejo de herramientas para transformación y modelado de datos como PowerBI, Excel, DAX
Interpretación de logs, trazas y KPIs

Responsibilities

Explotar la Observabilidad que proporciona Dynatrace para el seguimiento de los procesos de Servicing & Oficina de Santander España, realizando análisis y propuestas de mejora de la fiabilidad, disponibilidad y experiencia de usuario
Definir planes de acción con los diferentes equipos de aplicación/negocio
Participar en el proceso de incidencias y análisis de post-mortem
Elaboración de cuadros de mando e informes para el reporting de KPIs
