Responsibilities

  • Realizar suporte técnico especializado em ambientes de nuvem, garantindo alta disponibilidade e confiabilidade dos serviços
  • Monitorar, diagnosticar e resolver incidentes relacionados à infraestrutura cloud
  • Colaborar com times internos e externos na implementação de correções e melhorias contínuas
  • Auxiliar na automação de processos e na padronização de procedimentos operacionais
  • Documentar incidentes, soluções e fluxos operacionais, garantindo rastreabilidade e conformidade
  • Contribuir para o aprimoramento da postura de segurança, desempenho e governança em nuvem
