Responsibilities

Realizar suporte técnico especializado em ambientes de nuvem, garantindo alta disponibilidade e confiabilidade dos serviços
Monitorar, diagnosticar e resolver incidentes relacionados à infraestrutura cloud
Colaborar com times internos e externos na implementação de correções e melhorias contínuas
Auxiliar na automação de processos e na padronização de procedimentos operacionais
Documentar incidentes, soluções e fluxos operacionais, garantindo rastreabilidade e conformidade
Contribuir para o aprimoramento da postura de segurança, desempenho e governança em nuvem
