Responsibilities
- Assist in obtaining environmental labels (LEED, BREEAM, etc.): contribute to preparing certification application documents; conduct site visits to relay prerequisites and key elements
- Participate in work on the BiodiverCity label
- Conduct audits of labeling dossiers on urban biodiversity
- Perform technical and environmental audits of buildings as part of real estate master plans for major users
- Support the team on diverse technical consulting and sustainable development missions for clients in real estate, hospitality, property development, urban planning, BTP, and engineering
