  • Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a combination of Full-stack Development, Data Engineering, and AI/ML development
  • Practical expertise with a major cloud platform (GCP preferred) and its AI/ML services (e.g., Vertex AI, BigQuery)
  • Proven ability to integrate with third-party REST APIs, particularly SaaS platforms (e.g., Jira, Planisware) and AI model providers
  • Expertise with production-grade Python, including data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy), agent frameworks (LangChain/LlamaIndex), and API/serving tools (FastAPI/Flask)
  • Solid experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD (GitLab CI/CD)
  • Strong command of backend development (Python/FastAPI) with proven experience building (or willingness to learn) user-facing applications, using either modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React) or low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix)

Responsibilities

  • Design and Build PMO-Facing AI Tools: Contribute to the full-stack development of applications (e.g., using Python/FastAPI and Mendix/React) that provide program managers with dashboards, predictive forecasts, and risk analysis
  • Develop Predictive Program Models: Apply machine learning techniques to historical program data to forecast milestone completion, identify potential schedule delays, and analyze budget trends
  • Implement AI Agent and RAG Systems: Implement intelligent systems using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex to create "chat-with-your-data" tools for PMs to query program documentation
  • Automate PMO Workflows: Identify, design, and implement data pipelines and scripts to automate the generation of status reports, summarize meeting notes, and extract key metrics from disparate systems (e.g., Jira, Planisware, Teamcenter, Polarion)
  • Integrate Key PM Systems: Develop and maintain robust integrations between our internal systems and third-party tools, including PM software (Jira, Confluence) and AI service providers
  • Manage Deployment Infrastructure (IaC): Use Terraform to manage and provision the necessary GCP services (e.g., Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Vertex AI) to support your applications and AI pipelines
  • Ensure Data Quality and Reliability: Implement CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD) and monitoring to ensure the accuracy, availability, and performance of PMO data and tools
