Requirements

4–6 years of quality assurance experience in software or SaaS environments, preferably within industrial or data platform domains
Hands-on expertise with modern AI-driven QA tools (e.g., BotGauge, Katalon, LambdaTest, BrowserStack) and strong proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent
Demonstrated experience in test automation development, test planning, execution, and defect management
Solid understanding of REST APIs, Python scripting, and data validation methodologies
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams
Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and drive overall product quality

Responsibilities

Act as a customer advocate by designing high-value, end-to-end test scenarios that reflect real user workflows and business priorities
Lead QA modernization initiatives by applying AI-driven technologies to significantly expand test coverage and automation capabilities
Generate, optimize, and automate User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios using AI-enabled testing tools
Design, implement, and maintain AI-powered test automation frameworks to enhance coverage, accelerate test creation, and reduce maintenance overhead
Report defects, perform root-cause analysis and recommend actionable improvements
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, product-centric quality assurance solutions
Develop self-improving test systems that learn from failures, adapt to product changes, and continuously optimize testing effectiveness
