- Embed AI tools and models into BPM’s day-to-day operations for real business value
- Develop AI-powered applications (chatbots, copilots, workflow automations) to streamline processes
- Partner with teams to identify AI opportunities that reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and speed up delivery
- Turn identified opportunities into working solutions
- Stand up and shape a brand-new AI-focused development team, including processes, tools, and standards
