Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Proven experience in AI and machine learning model development is required, along with strong programming skills in Python. Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn are essential. A solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI/ML models and algorithms for both prototypes and production systems. This includes analyzing and preprocessing large datasets for model training and validation, and conducting experiments to test and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy. The engineer will collaborate with the AI Architect, product, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into products, write clean and well-documented code, and troubleshoot and debug AI applications to resolve technical issues.
