Candidates should possess a Technician.ne Qualité or a Junior Pharmacien.ne with experience, specializing in Quality and Pharmaceutical Production, and have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience. Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements is essential, along with a focus on safety, quality, results, and patient care.
The Agent.e qualité will examine documentation and samples for each product lot, ensuring compliance with GMP and Haleon requirements within specified deadlines. They will contribute to continuous improvement of site quality performance through Gemba, training, and anomaly management. Responsibilities include reviewing manufacturing/packaging/cleaning dossiers, supporting production teams with anomalies, guaranteeing product release according to standards, conducting periodic Gemba observations, assisting with operator training, updating documentation (MBR, SOP, IDR, PVL), blocking and unlocking equipment, identifying improvement actions, archiving documentation, and ensuring compliance with BPF and regulatory requirements.
