Requirements
- Located in Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Chennai, Hosur, or Thiruvallur
- Preferable to have own clinic/counselling place in a commercial complex or poly clinic for in-person sessions
- Well versed in conducting sessions in English and Hindi, and any other local/native language
- Proficient with mobile phone & computer apps (WhatsApp, MS Office, Webex, MS Teams, Google, Zoom)
- Excellent organizing skills and English communication skills (spoken, written, verbal)
- Excellent telephone/online manner
- Willing to learn, takes initiative, and self-motivated
- Master's in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person counselling sessions (role is requirement-based)
- Post available slots on the online Connected Calendar portal for clients to browse and select
- Ensure profile is visible on the online portal
- Complete data entry and updates on the internal system within 24 hours of session or before end of duty hours
- Apply late cancellation fee for sessions cancelled less than 5 hours prior (e.g., after 2:00 PM for a 7:00 PM session)
- Send confirmation/reminder emails 24-48 hours prior to sessions, requiring client acknowledgment; cancel if no response (no late fee)
- Schedule follow-up sessions 8-10 days after the first session (discuss exceptions for risk/emergency cases with Clinical Case Manager)
