Requirements

BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech graduate in Electricals/Electronics/Instrumentation/Robotics
5+ years of Software development work experience (5-8 years relevant experience preferred)
Embedded Software Architecture and development experience for Autonomous driving Platforms
Extensive experience in POSIX OS (VxWorks, Linux, QNX)
Embedded C and C++ programming
Multi-core Microprocessor and SoC experience (TI TDA4x, Qualcomm, Infineon Tri core)
Experience on SoC board bring up for RTOS platforms
Device drivers development (CAN/CAN FD, SPI, MCAL)
Hands-on experience on Ethernet and Diagnostics (UDS)
Service-oriented software architectures (SOME/IP)
Extensive understanding of Middleware Framework
Experience with Virtualization and Docker containers
Desirable: ADAS/UX domain knowledge
Desirable: Cybersecurity experience
Desirable: Knowledge on software modeling
Desirable: Agile/Scrum principles
Desirable: ISO26262 Technical Safety Concepts
Excellent communication/presentation skills
Embedded development tools experience (compilers, debuggers, oscilloscopes, serial data tools)
Embedded microprocessor experience (OS, I/O drivers, communication drivers)

Responsibilities

Automotive software development for DMS/CMS platforms involving Camera and IVI systems
ADAS software Architecture, design & development for SoCs like Qualcomm, TI
Mapping, layering and interfacing of active safety and IVI components onto target hardware
Develop SW architecture to meet functional safety, cybersecurity and other automotive standards
Design and develop ADAS/UX/DMS software to meet derived software requirements (performance, throughput/latency)
Perform safety analysis of the software design and develop architecture addressing safety/cybersecurity requirements
Collaborate with cross-software & products architects to ensure compatibility
Support software architecture for vehicle prototypes to integrate algorithms from different groups ensuring modularity and flexibility
Model architectures in UML for traceability with system architecture and code
Understand customer requirement spec document, discuss and sign-off on software modules and interfaces
Integrate software algorithms provided by other teams
