Requirements
- Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD)
- Excellent communication skills and clinical acumen
- Experience working with people across the lifespan (primarily adult and geriatric patients)
- Experience utilizing empirically supported treatments (e.g., CBT, motivational interviewing, brief targeted treatment)
- Experience working in a primary care environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, think well on their feet, and value interdisciplinary work
Responsibilities
- Provide integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office (3 days)
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy (2 days)
- Work embedded within primary care teams as an integral member
- Address issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns using evidence-based therapies
- Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions
- Consult frequently with medical professionals
