Requirements

A strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial best practices is required, along with exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Familiarity with logistics or supply chain management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Accounts Receivable Administrator (Logistics) will oversee the accounts receivable process, focusing on client invoicing, payment tracking, and ensuring compliance with financial and contractual obligations. They will generate and issue accurate invoices for logistics services, ensuring alignment with client contracts and shipping documentation, monitor and manage accounts receivable, including tracking payments and maintaining up-to-date records, reconcile payments and accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy, communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment inquiries, collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to verify service delivery and billing accuracy, prepare and generate reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts, and ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
