Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for entities across the EMEA region
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, credit notes, and expense reimbursements
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings related to AP, including account reconciliations and AP aging analysis
  • Prepare and process vendor payments, ensuring compliance with internal controls and payment terms
  • Maintain and reconcile the AP ledger, ensuring accuracy and resolution of discrepancies
  • Support the preparation and filing of VAT and tax returns with accurate AP data
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Procurement, Accounting, Finance) to resolve invoicing and payment issues
  • Communicate with external stakeholders (vendors, tax authorities, auditors, and banks) as needed
  • Assist in the development of internal AP reports and ad hoc analysis
  • Support the implementation and improvement of AP processes and automation initiatives
