Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance or equivalent experience
Three or more (3+) years of Accounts Payable experience required
Experience with top tier ERP and related reporting applications, NetSuite preferred
Proficiency in Excel formulas, vlookups, and pivot tables

Responsibilities

Vendor onboarding and maintenance
Onboard new vendors according to company policy
Maintain vendor records
Perform full cycle Accounts Payable tasks
Review PO’s and invoices for accuracy and completeness and process them in NetSuite
Match PO to invoice and enter into NetSuite
Answer all vendor inquiries regarding invoice and payment status
Resolve discrepancies internally and with vendors
Adhere to Accounts Payable policies & procedures
Participate in the Month End Close Process
Reconcile vendor statements
Research and assist with special projects as requested
Ad Hoc projects as assigned
