Requirements
- Familiarity with purchase orders, goods receipting and invoice receipting
- 3-5 years experience in Financial - Accounts Payable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional experience in vendor/customer relations and processing of invoices
- Confident in doing calls and has telephone manners to reach out to teams internally and externally/suppliers
- Nice to Have: A proactive professional approach, with a positive attitude
- Nice to Have: Attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Creating new suppliers / updating supplier details in the ERP
- Processing supplier invoices (20,000 per year split across 3 people)
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing payment runs to pay suppliers via bank transfer
- Respond to email queries from suppliers
- Working with other finance team members on cashflow and bank reconciliations
- Working with site-based colleagues to resolve process issues
