Candidates need a BAC +5 in finance or accounting, at least 3 years of full experience in a Big 4 audit or consulting firm, ideally combined with corporate finance department experience, mastery of English, excellent relational and writing skills, analytical abilities, entrepreneurial spirit, motivation, ethics, energy, and commitment to quality client service.
