Requirements

  • Technical education and experience selling solutions, automation and technically advanced industrial products to the Industry
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Excellent networking, communication at all levels and presentation skills
  • Strategic and financial knowledge
  • Experience and results working with Senior Leaders and partners
  • Excellent knowledge about production processes within certain industries
  • Experience in sales of high-level industrial software solutions (IoT, MES, Analytics to edge and cloud)
  • Experience developing new accounts
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
  • Experience doing business and create relations with decision makers such as Site Managers, EHS Manager, Operations Manager and Engineering Manager
  • Experience leading the Customer Service Value Chain throughout the complete Sales Cycle

Responsibilities

  • Focus on selling the Connected Enterprise, Rockwell Automation's portfolio of solutions covering all parts of automation from Smart machines and ready-to-use process solutions to safe network infrastructure to information solutions
  • Be the specialist within your area and part of our EMEA affinity team
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers including many that are part of our Global Strategic and Enterprise accounts, as well as new and development customers
  • Take full responsibility to develop longstanding relations at customers up to C-level, in eco-system and the industry
  • Be the first contact for the customer supported by a large team of technical consultants, product specialist, industry specialist and solution delivery team
  • Participate in the full process from initial presentation, concept development, negotiation to delivery and follow-up to future maintenance, service and upgrading
  • Guide ongoing strategic growth programs and lead the continued development of a portfolio of strategic accounts across Denmark and open discussions with new potential partners
  • Help customers develop their production by finding solutions to their challenges, grow sales and build solid relationships at all levels from C-level to implementers
