About Aleph

Aleph is an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). We operate in an established software category with a multi-billion market but no clear winner. Our growth has come from product velocity and customer outcomes, not marketing spend, and the results speak for themselves.

Aleph was founded by Albert Gozzi and Santiago Perez De Rosso, two technical founders with backgrounds from Stanford and MIT and experience working at top-tier companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Bain & Company. We’re backed by top VCs (Bain Capital Ventures, Khosla Ventures, YC, Picus Capital), and work with customers like Webflow, Turo, Notion, Zapier, and many others.

What we’ve built so far is the most seamless way to centralize all of a company's financial data – think expenses from Quickbooks or Netsuite, pipeline forecasts from Salesforce – and bring it into the tools finance teams are already using. But the vision goes way beyond that: Aleph is AI-native at its core, automating reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting through intelligent agents. We’re building the always-on decision layer for modern businesses.

We’re moving fast, shipping constantly, leaning into AI to make the product smarter with every release, while also applying AI to how we sell, support and scale. Our churn is low, growth is strong, and the pace keeps accelerating.

We are hiring remotely across the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM).

🔍 What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Private Equity focused Account Executive to join our growing GTM motion at Aleph. We have a proven sales process with structure, guidance, and subject matter experts to assist you. We’re already selling directly to and with PE firms into their portcos, and are looking for a dedicated AE to own this channel.

Your commission will be uncapped, and you’ll be held to a very attainable quota. You’ll report directly to our GTM Leader, and have the opportunity to help build a full motion that already has a great foundation.

You’ll own the funnel end-to-end, and work closely with our CEO and our Solutions team to continuously expand and adapt our sales strategy and playbook.

We have a strong PMF, a well-defined sales motion, sales engineers, and a strong TOFU lead gen apparatus. This role is perfect for a seasoned sales pro who wants to get in at a startup right as they shift from early stage to growth stage.

👷 What you’ll be doing

Going from top to the bottom of the funnel:

  • Qualify opportunities to make sure we engage with the right prospects within the PE space.
  • Manage a “dual” sales motion of selling to and selling with PE firms.
  • Manage a combination of quick, transactional deals and larger, more complex deals.
  • Deliver personalized demos of Aleph (in collaboration with a Sales Engineer).
  • Collaborate with our Solutions and Data teams to design high impact trials.
  • Manage the entire sales process and involve the right internal resources at the right time to close deals.
  • Negotiate and close deals with the best possible terms for Aleph.
  • Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to keep making Aleph better every day.

📝 About you

We’re looking for experienced sellers with either:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales.
  • A proven track record of quickly rising through the ranks in their sales career.

You also have:

  • Experience selling into the PE space directly.
  • A deep understanding of the private equity landscape, and solid financial acumen yourself.
  • Experience as an AE who has exceeded quota selling deals in the range of $20k - 200k ACV.
  • A very process-driven, organized approach, with the ability to keep up with workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity, interest in business, and a passion for solving problems.

Enhances spreadsheets for financial planning teams

About Aleph

Aleph enhances the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process by improving the functionality of spreadsheets, which are widely used by finance teams. Instead of replacing Excel with new web-based tools, Aleph integrates advanced features into the familiar spreadsheet environment. This allows finance professionals to continue using a tool they are comfortable with while gaining access to real-time data integration, automated reporting, and collaborative capabilities. Unlike traditional FP&A solutions that require users to learn new systems, Aleph's approach minimizes the learning curve and maximizes productivity. The company operates on a subscription-based model, providing continuous updates and improvements to its software, which helps finance teams streamline their budgeting and forecasting tasks. Aleph's goal is to empower finance teams to work more efficiently and effectively by supercharging the spreadsheets they already rely on.
