Requirements

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will manage existing shippers for retention and collaboration to drive volume growth. They will build strong client relationships to minimize opportunities for competitors. Acting as the main point of contact, the Executive will liaise with relevant departments to address customer queries and issues promptly. They will ensure timely coordination with shippers regarding onboarding status and manage all requirements to adhere to SLAs. Additionally, they will handle the end-to-end offboarding of shippers, securing necessary clearances before stock release. The role includes familiarizing with daily account needs and publishing periodic reports while providing basic data analysis to stakeholders.
