Requirements
- Newly graduated students (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications/Electronics/Electrical Engineering)
- Strong foundational knowledge in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, C++, C)
- Good understanding of programming concepts (variables, control structures, loops, functions)
- Familiar with the software design and development process
- Nice-to-have: experience with Object Oriented Programming concepts, experience in ABAP
- Good understanding of SQL basics (queries, joins, CRUD operations)
- Nice-to-have: experience with database design basics
- Strong analytics skills and logical approach to problem-solving (able to break down problems into manageable components)
- Effective communication skills (comfortable asking questions, participating in group discussions, collaborative projects; good written and verbal communication in Spanish and English)
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Must live in Monterrey or its surrounding area (in-office at least 3 times per week)
Responsibilities
- Write and maintain ABAP programs, reports and interfaces based on specifications provided by functional analysts
- Identify and resolve bugs in existing code
- Test new developments to ensure they function correctly
- Work closely with functional teams and business analysts
