Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience managing official social media accounts, preferably for overseas markets, with experience in account management and creator collaboration being a plus. Excellent Japanese writing skills are essential for creating official posts. Strong project management and team communication abilities are needed to drive decisions, improve workflows, and standardize content processes. A deep understanding of various social media platforms (X, YouTube, Discord, LINE, TikTok, etc.), Japanese player preferences, and UGC content is required. Prior in-depth play of 'Sky: Children of the Light' is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Social Content Strategist will manage the official Japanese SNS accounts for 'Sky: Children of the Light,' including planning, scheduling, and posting PGC content, organizing and running online campaigns, managing player interactions and community, and analyzing feedback for improvements. They will also plan original Japanese content to acquire new players, implement measures to strengthen SNS engagement, and verify content effectiveness through data analysis. Responsibilities include managing UGC content by planning and executing creative support measures, operating KOL/KOC/Troupe relationships by building and managing incentive programs, communication, evaluation criteria, and content review SOPs. Additionally, they will support the planning of offline events and develop SNS promotion plans.
