Requirements
- 拥有5年以上游戏策划经验，有3年以上的ARPG、MOBA、动作MMO的战斗/角色模块工作经验。
- 对英雄的动作和表演性有较高的敏锐度，能够持续打磨并优化体验。

Responsibilities
- 负责游戏核心战斗框架的搭建，完善3D近战游戏的博弈体系。
- 负责游戏内的英雄玩法、形象和技能的设计研发，同时把控英雄的动画、特效和音频等多个方面的质量和清晰度。
- 把握英雄3C的操作手感和反馈体验，确保在3D视角下的玩家操控体验。
