  • Ability to work 5 days a week, including weekdays and weekends/holidays (weekend off possible for work-life balance)
  • Capable of working 6 hours per day (may exceed 6 hours during busy periods, under 40 hours/week)

Responsibilities

  • Provide hospitality tailored to each guest's needs while serving delicious coffee
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure smooth cafe operations in a beautiful environment
  • Support the team using internal resources to improve cafe operations and environment alongside team leaders
  • Share personal ideas with leaders and team to contribute to cafe improvements
  • Understand cafe business goals and support the leadership team
  • Perform parts of cafe operations, including training, based on team needs and personal growth opportunities
  • Comply with operation guidelines and company compliance while supporting new initiatives and expansions
