Responsibilities
- Provide hospitality tailored to each guest's needs while serving delicious coffee
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure smooth cafe operations in a beautiful environment
- Support the team using internal resources to improve cafe operations and environment alongside team leaders
- Share personal ideas with leaders and team to contribute to cafe improvements
- Understand cafe business goals and support the leadership team
- Perform parts of cafe operations, including training, based on team needs and personal growth opportunities
- Comply with operation guidelines and company compliance while supporting new initiatives and expansions
