Requirements

  • Required to wear a safety toe boot that can withstand 75lbs. at all times
  • Must have or be able to obtain Tyson operator’s license for pallet jack or forklift
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in both written and verbal
  • Possess basic math skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are requirements of the position
  • Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions
  • Must be able to stand 8-10 hours a day
  • Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments
  • Must be able to complete required training
  • Must be able to perform all the duties of the position
