Responsibilities

  • Assist the Planning & Scheduling team to ensure all phases of approved projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
  • Learn how to use and apply the Primavera P6 tool for planning and scheduling capital projects
  • Work closely with personnel throughout Eversource (e.g., project management, asset management, estimating, engineering, siting, permitting, procurement) during the project lifecycle
  • Assist with updating project schedules
  • Evaluate and report on project performance
  • Assist in determining root causes for performance variances, focused on corrective actions and process improvement
  • Respond to emergency situations as part of every employee’s role (may be called to assist during emergencies outside normal responsibilities, work hours, and location)
