Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship
Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

Apply classroom knowledge and gain experience in a fast-paced and growing industry setting
Implement new ideas, be constantly challenged, and develop skills
Network with key/high-level stakeholders and leaders of the business

Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear format
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product design, quality, testing, software, and manufacturing in areas such as Quality, Research & Development (R&D), Design & Development, Product Engineering, Test Lab, Manufacturing, or Software (e.g., risk management, design verification/validation, reliability testing, supplier quality, process optimization, new product development, research new technologies, CAD/FEA/LabView/simulations/software development, analysis/testing/design improvements, fixture development/simulated use testing, assembly line optimization/lean manufacturing/ergonomics/safety improvements/process validation, embedded systems/automation tools/data analysis/user-interface improvements)
