Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and marketing materials
  • Build and maintain financial models and perform valuation analyses
  • Conduct company and industry research, review business plans, and analyze financial statements
  • Support due diligence and execution processes
  • Work closely with senior team members across the firm and gain exposure to live mandates
  • Learn about the firm, its culture, and the healthcare investment banking landscape
  • Develop the technical, analytical, and professional skills necessary to support the business
  • Receive hands-on training and mentorship to grow and succeed in the role
