Responsibilities

Assist senior architects in designing, documenting, and implementing technical solutions that align with business needs (Architecture function)
Develop and maintain front-end user interfaces, back-end services, and API gateway components under the guidance of senior engineers using Angular, Java Spring Boot, MuleSoft, and AI-based coding assistance (Software Engineering function)
Develop and execute automated tests, analyze results, document defects, and ensure products and processes meet quality standards under supervision using Gen AI-based testing frameworks (Delivery Quality function)
Configure and maintain development and testing environments, automate build and deployment processes, and create release plans and schedules for product rollouts (Release Management function)
Monitor systems, investigate and resolve application issues, provide timely technical assistance to users, and develop observability dashboards using Splunk and Gen AI solutions (Production Stabilization function)
Participate in day-to-day operations, dynamic projects, instructor-led masterclasses, senior leader sessions, mentoring circles, networking events, and volunteering during the 10-week program
