Responsibilities

Participate in the 2-year Early Career Analyst program, including initial global virtual induction for training and networking
Work on Global and China projects with peers within the Analyst Program for exposure to global and senior-level opportunities
Participate in a rotation program across 3 branches in the Yangtze River Delta Zone to gain experience in various functions and on-the-job training
Engage in innovative experiential learning, technical training, performance assessments, formalized mentoring, and exposure to senior leaders
Contribute to General Insurance operations focused on managing risk for commercial and personal customers through a diversified, multi-channel distribution network
Primarily work in the office to support in-person collaboration
