Requirements

For Position 1 (Laboratory R&D Engineer - Composite Materials): Master's degree in pulping and papermaking, light chemical engineering, materials science and engineering, polymer materials; fresh graduates or above; proficient in English reading and writing; laboratory and product design experience; knowledge of pulping and papermaking, wet processes, equipment principles, and processes; paper sizing experience preferred; innovation, problem-solving, logical and analytical thinking; familiarity with industry standards, global market demands, and latest trends
For Position 2 (Chemical Analysis Engineer): Associate degree or above in chemical analysis, chemical engineering, applied chemistry, materials engineering, or related chemical fields; interest and learning ability in material analysis techniques, lab work, ISO17025 quality management; chemical management and risk assessment awareness; lab operation experience preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT); basic chemical analysis knowledge; experience with IR spectroscopy, tensile tester, impact tester, TGA, DSC preferred; knowledge of non-metallic materials (rubber, plastics, adhesives); good communication and interpersonal skills; good English listening, reading, writing; proactive and collaborative

Responsibilities

For Position 1 (Laboratory R&D Engineer - Composite Materials): Analyze and evaluate raw materials for wet processes (synthetic fibers, adhesives, chemicals); develop and optimize process technologies (dispersants, wet strength agents); select and apply high-tech materials for host and after-sales needs; analyze composite material forming processes and improvements; test finished paper samples, build and manage databases; conduct raw material testing, record, organize, and archive results; perform physical and chemical analysis and performance tests on products; operate, program, maintain, and calibrate composite material testing equipment
For Position 2 (Chemical Analysis Engineer): Conduct daily chemical composition analysis ensuring accuracy and reliability; perform salt spray accelerated corrosion tests to evaluate material/product corrosion resistance; conduct daily non-metallic material mechanical and thermodynamic testing; participate in ISO17025 lab quality management system maintenance and process optimization; write or revise lab operating procedures and technical documents
