  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics to support operational goals
  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety, housekeeping, productivity, and quality
  • Foster a motivated workforce through timely communication, consistency, fairness, and recognition of good work or ideas
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall quality and efficiency of the distribution center
