Responsibilities

  • Provide hospitality tailored to each guest's needs while serving delicious coffee
  • Maintain cleanliness to ensure smooth operations in a beautiful environment
  • Support the team using internal resources to improve cafe operations and environment
  • Execute issue improvements for cafe operations and environment together with the team leader
  • Share own ideas with leaders and team to contribute to cafe improvements
  • Understand cafe business goals and support the leadership team
  • Perform some cafe operations based on team needs and personal growth opportunities, including training
  • Comply with operation guidelines and company compliance while supporting new initiatives and expansions
