Responsibilities
- Provide hospitality tailored to each guest's needs while serving delicious coffee
- Maintain cleanliness to ensure smooth operations in a beautiful environment
- Support the team using internal resources to improve cafe operations and environment
- Execute issue improvements for cafe operations and environment together with the team leader
- Share own ideas with leaders and team to contribute to cafe improvements
- Understand cafe business goals and support the leadership team
- Perform some cafe operations based on team needs and personal growth opportunities, including training
- Comply with operation guidelines and company compliance while supporting new initiatives and expansions
